Over 30 Dartmouth Alumni-Led Volunteer Projects Planned Nationwide This Weekend

The 5th Annual Dartmouth Alumni Day of Service includes volunteer opportunities coordinated by members of the Big Green community.

Alumni, alongside their friends and family, are encouraged to join together Saturday, May 4, for the 5th Annual Dartmouth Alumni Day of Service.

There are several coordinated group efforts involving local organizations and nonprofits planned for the May 4-5 weekend in cities across the country. Is there one near you? By coming together, Dartmouth alumni strengthen their ties with one another while engaging with the needs of the communities they call home.

If there is not a service event in the works where you live, you are invited to serve as you are able with your friends and family and perhaps fellow alumni you are in touch with locally.

Share your experience volunteering in your community on social media with the hashtag #DartmouthServes.

And don’t forget to log your hours on the College’s “Call to Serve” website. Help the Big Green community stay on track to meet our goal of 250,000 service hours over the course of this milestone year.
